The goal of Fruit Connect is to clear the entire game board by finding and connecting pairs of identical fruit tiles. You win a level once all matching pairs have been removed. To play, use your mouse. Left click on one fruit tile, then left click on an identical fruit tile to attempt a connection. You can only connect two identical fruits if a line drawn between them would make no more than two 90-degree turns and doesn't cross over any other tiles. Work quickly to clear the board, often against a timer, to progress through various levels with different layouts. Keep an eye on the clock and the available connections. Sometimes, clearing certain pairs will open up new pathways for other matches.
Scan the Edges - Always look for pairs on the outer perimeter first, as these are often easier to connect due to more open paths. Work from Inside Out - After clearing edges, try to make connections that open up the denser central areas of the board. Prioritize Isolated Pairs - If you see a pair that looks difficult to connect due to surrounding tiles, try to clear those blockers first or connect the isolated pair if a rare path exists. Don't Rush - Even with a timer, a quick scan for the best path can save more time than blindly clicking. Take a moment to visualize the line. Utilize Shuffle - If the game offers a shuffle power-up, save it for when you're truly stuck and can't find any more valid moves. Look for Two-Turn Paths - Actively search for connections that require two turns, as these are often missed but crucial for clearing the board.
