Your main goal in Connect Merge is to strategically place numbered tiles onto a grid to combine them into higher values. You win by reaching the highest possible tile or achieving a high score before the board fills up.
Use your mouse to click on an empty spot on the grid where you want to place the incoming tile. On mobile devices, tap the desired location with your finger.
When you place a tile, if three or more identical tiles are adjacent (horizontally or vertically), they will merge into a single tile of the next value. For example, three '1' tiles become a '2'.
Plan your placements to create these merges and keep the board clear.
The game continues as long as there's space for new tiles. If the board fills completely and no more moves are possible, the game ends. Try to set up chain reactions for maximum points!
Think Ahead - Always check the next incoming tile displayed at the bottom of the screen before making your current move. Corner Strategy - Try to keep your highest numbered tiles grouped together, often in a corner, to consolidate space.
Aim for Chains - Look for opportunities to create multiple merges with a single tile placement to maximize points and clear the board efficiently.
Don't Clutter - Avoid placing low-value tiles in critical areas if you don't have an immediate plan to merge them, as they can block future moves.
Utilize Edges - Place tiles along the edges of the grid to make it easier to connect them with others without getting surrounded.
