Your primary goal in Dashy Run is to guide your character through an endless gauntlet of hazards, collecting as many coins as possible while striving for the highest score. The longer you survive, the faster the game becomes.
The controls are incredibly simple. On desktop, press the spacebar or left click to make your character jump over obstacles. On mobile devices, simply tap the screen to jump.
As you progress, your score will continuously climb, reflecting the distance you've covered. Collected coins contribute to your in-game currency, which you might use for new characters or visual upgrades later. Focus on timing your jumps perfectly to navigate increasingly complex obstacle patterns.
Anticipate obstacles - Always keep an eye on what's coming next, not just the immediate path. Timing is key - Don't jump too early or too late; a well-timed click or tap is crucial for clearing gaps.
Prioritize survival - While coins are good, staying alive for a higher distance score is generally more rewarding. Find your rhythm - The obstacle patterns often have a cadence; try to sync your movements to it.
Quick taps for small gaps - For very short obstacles, a swift, light tap might be more effective than a full press. Learn the patterns - Obstacles might reappear in variations; recognizing them helps with faster reactions.
