How Do Chain Reactions Work?

The core mechanic of TNT revolves around creating a cascade of explosions. At the start of each level, one or more barrels will flash red. You must quickly identify and click one of these barrels with your mouse.

This initial explosion will then trigger any other barrels within its blast radius.

Those newly triggered barrels will also turn red and explode after a short delay, continuing the chain. A successful level clear happens when your single click results in a chain reaction that destroys every single barrel on the screen.

The puzzle lies in choosing the right starting barrel to ensure the reaction spreads everywhere.

What Makes the Levels Challenging?

While the concept is simple, the difficulty ramps up quickly. Later levels in TNT feature more complex barrel arrangements, with wider gaps that require careful planning to bridge. The fuse on the initial red barrels also gets shorter, demanding quicker reaction times.

You'll need to instantly assess the layout and predict how the explosions will travel. A wrong choice of starting barrel might leave a few isolated barrels standing, forcing you to restart the level. It's a pure test of speed and spatial awareness.
