How Do You Build Your School of Fish?

A bigger group acts as a buffer. If a predator attacks, they will pick off the fish at the tail end of your line first, giving you a chance to escape.
The more followers you have, the more hits you can sustain before your lead fish is in danger.
Surviving the Predator-Infested Waters
The ocean in Fish & Trip Online is full of threats. Your main concern will be the larger fish with menacing red eyes. These predators will actively hunt you down if you get too close.
Your survival depends on your ability to skillfully maneuver your school away from them.
Use quick, fluid mouse movements to change direction and weave through tight spaces. Sometimes, you can even use other, non-aggressive fish as temporary shields. Staying aware of your surroundings and anticipating the predators' paths is the key to achieving a high score.

Game Tips
Weave, Don't Flee - Instead of swimming away in a straight line, make sharp, unpredictable turns. Larger fish have a wider turning radius and can't keep up with quick changes in direction.
Sacrificial Swimmers - It's better to lose a few fish from the back of your school than to lose your leader. Don't be afraid to cut a corner tightly, even if it means a few followers get picked off.
Early Game Growth - Focus exclusively on collecting stars at the beginning of a run. Build a buffer of at least 10-15 fish before you start worrying too much about complex evasion tactics.
Use the Edges - Lure large predators towards the edges or corners of the screen, then quickly dart to the center. This gives you the most open space to escape while they are stuck turning around.
Size Matters - Pay close attention to the size of all other fish. Anything smaller than your lead fish is safe to touch or even absorb, but anything bigger is an immediate threat.
