Use the Walls - Bouncing the cue ball or an object ball off the cushions is a fundamental skill. Use angles to escape tricky spots and line up otherwise impossible shots.
Break Carefully - On your first shot, try to spread the balls out without pocketing the cue ball. A good break can make clearing the rest of the table much easier.
