You aren't just a traffic controller- you're also a medic. Special power-ups, often appearing as syringes, will spawn on the map. To collect one, you must guide a healthy person to walk over it. Once collected, that person is carrying the cure.
You can then draw a path that leads them over an infected person to instantly cure them, turning them back into a healthy citizen you can then guide home.
Successfully completing a level requires saving a specific number of people. This becomes increasingly challenging as more people, both healthy and infected, fill the screen.
