What Are the Game Modes?
Night City Racing offers three main ways to play. The Racing mode puts you on a circuit against several AI-controlled opponents in a fight for first place. This mode contains 16 unique races to conquer.
The Challenge mode tests your driving skills with 16 different time-attack missions. Here, it's just you against the clock, pushing your car to its limits to beat the target time.
Finally, the Free Drive mode lets you explore the sprawling city map at your own pace without any objectives or opponents.
Customize and Upgrade Your Supercar
Your journey begins with a starting vehicle, but there are 10 high-performance cars to unlock. By winning races and completing challenges, you'll earn cash that can be spent in the garage.
Use your earnings to purchase new, faster cars or to improve the ones you already own.
Upgrades are available for key performance areas like the engine, brakes, and handling. You can also customize the look of your vehicle by changing its paint color and swapping out the rims, giving you a personalized ride to show off on the city streets.
Experience 2-Player Split-Screen Action
One of the standout features of Night City Racing is its local multiplayer. You can challenge a friend directly on the same computer using the split-screen mode.
The screen divides vertically, giving each player their own view of the action as you race head-to-head through the neon city. This mode is perfect for some friendly competition to see who the better driver is.

Game Tips
Nitro for Straights - Save your nitro boost for long, straight sections of the track to gain a significant advantage or to catch up to opponents. Prioritize Handling - Before maxing out your engine, invest in handling and brake upgrades.
Better control around the city's sharp corners will give you a bigger edge than raw speed alone. Learn the Tracks - Spend some time in Free Drive mode to learn the layout of the city.
Discovering shortcuts and memorizing corner sequences will make you much faster in competitive races. Master the Handbrake Turn - For very sharp corners, tap the spacebar (handbrake) while turning to initiate a quick, tight drift that helps you maintain speed through the turn.
Grind Challenges for Cash - If you're short on money for a crucial upgrade, replaying some of the easier Challenge mode events is a quick way to earn cash.
