Merging and Upgrading Your Squad

A central mechanic is the ability to merge heroes. By dragging and dropping two identical heroes of the same level onto each other, you combine them into a single, more powerful hero of a higher tier.

This is the main way to increase your team's overall strength and overcome increasingly difficult bosses.

Constant upgrading is key. You'll use the gold your heroes passively generate to improve their individual stats, making them hit harder and survive longer. Deciding whether to spend gold on a new hero or on upgrading an existing one is part of the ongoing strategy.
